WINB 15670 kHz Simulcast Data/DRM Signal coverage
Here is the VOACAP area coverage map for the WINB 15670 kHz 10 KW DRM simulcast Data/DRM transmission at 1500 z.
This is calculated for a 6ft vertical whip receive antenna. Higher gain receive antennas will, of course, have stronger signals.(Attachment 1). The time period covers the European stock exchange closing times at 1530 z. The Rhombic antenna pattern is modified (from the HFCC listing) to be 34 M (110 ft.) high (per WINB web site) and it is shown as being uni-directional (with termination) beaming 62 deg. There are probably some vertical radiation lobes that may show some signal in the skip zone. As this is now a data and DRM signal, the minimum signal shown is -127 dBW which is equivalent to S5 on an S-meter. The signal level Key is shown in Attachment 2. I am not sure if, or how, the data signal will affect the DRM signal; and consequently at what level decoding will now occur with this unusual combination.

EBU Reference to VOACAP for DRM Planning Purposes
There have been comments that VOACAP cannot be used for DRM planning purposes.
One of the European Broadcast Union (EBU) DRM Planning Guides: EBU-Tech 3330 actually gives the VOACAP reference on page 36 of this publication and this is shown in the Attachment. HFWIN32 is the home of the entire suite of VOACAP programs. This great software was paid for by US taxpayers and is available for free to use.

I receive WINB to moment 12H05 UTC only decoded of screen no audio SNR maxi 10,2 db fading is problem. Signal is very poor at 12H20 UTC signal is back 12H27 UTC, no signal of 9265 Khz :

WINB 15670 kHz Reception in South West UK
It has been difficult to find KiwiSDR web receivers that could get some decoding today.
One receiver that has a great antenna is located in the south west part of England and was able to decode the WINB audio. The system at that location does an auto time-out shut down after about 30 minutes. So the logging is in two parts. Not exactly a super DRM signal but then as the focus is on Data who cares?

WINB Datacasting Signal
I've been trying to figure out what is the WINB Datacast signal.
Looking at the two pictures (see Attachments 1 & 2) taken this morning from the KiwiSDR receiver in south west England, it looks like there is a definite AM carrier spike in the spectrum displays. By having an AM type signal (DSB plus carrier) it makes the signal comply more accurately with the DRM and ITU standards etc. So as zfyoung had mentioned earlier in this thread, it sure looks like a VOA Radiogram type or similar scenario. Now what data mode are they using?

I'll be brief because religious dogma is ALWAYS contentious. The recording is a female espousing a Zionist view of Christianity which much of the modern Christian church has adopted. I'm staying neutral for the sake of harmony. However, not every Christian views the return of the Jewish people, i.e. nation, as a blessing, but rather as the final judgment of a 2000+ year old curse. Sorry, but the problem it is my English which is very bad, I do as I can, thus the I use a translator. I decoded WINB from 11:42 am UTC approximately 10 at 13 minutes, with more or less long cuts of in the important fading, from 12:20 am the signal begins to fall and at 12:21 am more by audio, At 12:12 am the emission was in Spanish language,
